This phrase is a smokescreen that obscures more damaging doctrines that contradict the gospel’s very essence.

We explore clear scriptural evidence and historical context surrounding James’ influence in the early church, shedding light on the confusion and misunderstandings that existed before Paul’s full revelation of the mystery of the church. From the book of Acts and Galatians, we consider the Jerusalem church’s struggle to grasp Paul’s teachings on justification by faith alone and the believer’s union with Christ. We delve into the spiritual warfare that ensued as false workers capitalized on James’ reputation, undermining Paul’s ministry and leading believers astray.

“James Trouble” challenges the prevailing notion that James epitomizes practical Christian living, asserting that Paul’s teachings on the believer’s death and resurrection with Christ form the true cornerstone of practical Christianity. This book serves as a clarion call to embrace Paul’s revelation, lest the gospel be subverted by a works-saturated understanding of justification and sanctification.

Because I’m not a volume seller and have to order/ship these at cost, The price is set at $25 which includes my price for printing and shipping. For a paper book I feel this is high, but the only way I’d be able to do it cheaper would be to sell high volume.
