note Christ has one bride, ultimately the new jerusalem (Rev21:2; , but it is a composite consisting of the mystery of the church out of his side (emerging from his death and resurrection) represented by the 12 apostles (foundation stones – rev 21:4) and the nation Israel with its 12 tribes (gates – rev 21:12) related to Him by covenant.

  2. Amen David , I know it’s been contentious lately , but it’s brought about some beautiful fruit , I’m glad the whole NC vs. NT thing came up . I wouldn’t have been able to defend myself on this subject. Thanks Brother
